Serves 2. We recommend an 8 ounce serving portion per person or 1 pound of meat for every two people. A half size pan holds approximately 5 – 7 pounds of meat. A full size pan holds approximately 10 – 14 pounds of meat. Please ask the manager if you need assistance.
Huli Huli Chicken $8 per lb.
Boneless chicken meat marinated overnight in our Hawaiian style BBQ marinade. Grilled and cut into slices.
Chicken Teriyaki $8 per lb.
Boneless chicken meat marinated overnight in our teriyaki marinade. Grilled and cut into slices.
Teriyaki Beef $12 per lb.
Tender flap meat marinated overnight in our teriyaki marinade. Grilled and cut into slices.
Kalua Pork $8 per lb.
Tender pork seasoned with Hawaiian salt and smoke. Cooked until it falls of the bone; shredded.
Kalbi Ribs $14 per lb.
Korean style Kalbi Ribs (beef short ribs) marinated in our special Kalbi marinade. Grilled and cut along the bone.
Teriyaki Mahi Mahi $13 per lb.
An Island favorite. Mahi Mahi filets grilled and then toped with our house made teriyaki sauce.
Grilled Salmon $13 per lb.
Fresh Salmon fillets grilled and served with lemon and tartar sauce.
